I have an account with ClassPass/ MoveGb/ Funzing/ Indytute/ another Booking Site and have a problem, how can you help me?

Sometimes we do not have the capacity for other promotional booking sites/ partners. Full price tickets take priority (i.e. from Play Tone: https://playtone.punchpass.com/), and discounted sites like Classpass go on hold - which means we do not publish a timetable through them and allocate spots. We do give priority to our partners Move Gb, Funzing and Indytute however our main site takes full priority. Overall you can make savings booking through Play Tone directly, by purchasing block passes: https://playtone.punchpass.com/passes
If you have a problem with your ticket, or booking experience please contact the booking sites directly.
